The Princess Project provides free prom dresses and accessories to high school teens who would otherwise be unable to attend their event.

Prom is one of the most important events for a high school student. But some teens will miss their prom because they can't afford to buy a dress.  Among tickets, dresses, shoes, accessories, flowers, limousines, photographers, and after-parties, the average family with a high school student who attended prom spent a whopping $919 in 2014 and 2015, according to a survey conducted by Visa.

By creating a positive environment that celebrates bodies of all shapes and sizes, our work goes far beyond the dress to instill a sense of pride and confidence in the thousands of teens that we reach each prom season across California.
